Delphiniums!

These are from the seedlings I started last year, so they're hardy. The seeds are all the way from New Zealand and I sowed more this year too. Those are down in the basement under lights and I should go check on them right now.

Yesterday and Today

I found these little iris at work yesterday. The wind was blowing so hard that it was tough to get a good shot. They are now covered with snow. . .on this first day of spring!

Washington Park

The daffodils are beginning to bloom. I love that big weeping evergreen. Kelly and I walked around the perennial beds. Lots of plants are waking up.

Tornados

We had three tornados night before last. Lots of damage in town. We had lots of wind at our house, but no damage, thankfully. Grace posted pictures on her blog at graceuncensored.com.
