May 1st

May 1, Judson's birthday.  I always loved that he was a May Day baby, such a nice day to have for a birthday.  We miss him so much.

Betsy & Kyle came over to hang out with us.  We made a chocolate cake, keto-style, complete with sprinkles.  

We went to meet our newest golden, Murphy.  He isn't old enough to leave his mama yet, but he'll be coming home May 22nd.  We can't wait for more golden love.

I found this picture of Judson back when he was about Kyle's age.  He looks so happy here.  Those beautiful eyes and the freckles make me smile.

Our Isaac and Jen and little Oceanna are coming to visit soon, so watch this space for those pictures too!

I can't wait to show Oceanna the garden :)

April 2021

A new tree in the park.  It's been a beautiful spring.

Waiting on our Oceanna girl to come visit, she's on her way and will be here soon.  Mark has cleaned up and re-batteried all the toys we've kept over the years.  This little piano was first Betsy's, then Kyle's, and now Oceanna will get to make it hers too. 

Easter 2021

That little California girl is growing up so fast!  I was just looking at pictures of her from a year ago.  She's had an amazing ride already 💗

The Easter front door.  Here we are a week after Easter and the wreath is still up because it's home to a nest of baby birds.  Just waiting for them to grow their feathers and fly away so a new wreath can go up!

Mama and PJ and Jeff came for Easter.  It was a lovely visit, but I didn't take one picture of us!  So here's another of Oceanna.  I love her mismatched socks.

 Betsy & Kyle & Rachel came over for my birthday, so it was a really good day :)

Mark gave me a new topiary for the front pot.  And he's making a new flower bed out back.  Adding new flower beds reminds me of the previous CanadaGarden days :)

My mom sent me Easter bunnies!  So cute!!

That little California girl is busy busy busy!  And she'll be here to see us sometime soon.

BK Birthday Season

Betsy is 13 now!  We all loved this surprise yard card and the snow made it really pop!

And Kyle is 11 now. The next birthday is V's!

Meanwhile in Arizona, Oceanna is growing up too.  She looks so much like her dad here.

and then it will be time for St Pat's and Easter!

At thanksgiving I spent so much time on the food, I didn't think one thought about the table until the very last minute.  So for last night, I tried to do less food prep and more table thinking.  The keto sign is by Brandi.  It wasn't really meant for a table sign, but it fit right in!

Mark got a new firepit for Christmas.  But no fire on Christmas Eve, it has turned CoLD!!

We're known Tabitha since she was a baby.  She's grown now, a great photographer and newly married, which also happened during this year of the virus!
