I read these books while we were at Kentucky Lake. --Almost Moon was about a woman who kills her demented mother. Enough said.
--The sweethearts book was okay. It's about a woman whose husband gets terminal cancer and she calls up his mistresses to help her sit with him. It could have been really good, but then it took a romance novel turn and I just didn't care for it much.
--When I read Home, I didn't like it because the characters were all depressed with very sad lives. But I've thought about it quite a bit since then, so I would say it's a pretty good book, but still sad.
